The Med Campus in Cottbus comprises two commercial plots totaling 5,317 m², planned for new MVZ / healthcare centre development. In Germany, an MVZ (Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum) is a defined outpatient care model under the statutory system. The lots are:
The campus concept is aligned with Cottbus as a developing healthcare and science location and is intended to support wider need for medical infrastructure in the region. There is already public goodwill toward the project.
Risk is partly reduced by the building permit already in place for the lead plot (Limberger Straße 4A). The documented Min-Energy orientation of the planning, including geothermal energy and photovoltaics, supports long-term property economics and can help reduce exposure to tighter energy and environmental requirements in future policy.
